I was a medic in the Army Reserves for 8 years. I served in the 5010th USAH in Louisville, KY. Would be really cool to find some of my buddies from there on here. The disbanded this unit a few years after I got out. I also served in Desert Storm in 1990. I was sent over there as a filler and was assigned to the Big Red One while I was over there.

Greetings to all the Army Reservists! I served initially for 2 1/2 yrs in the US Navy; had my son at Great Lakes Naval Hospital & was honorably discharged. Joined the US Army Reserves in 1982 & served in various units in the 84th Division throughout the Milwaukee, Racine area. In 1985 I accepted an 3-yr. AGR assignment for the HQ at the 84th Division. Transferred to the 301st Field Hospital in Gainesville, FL where I completed my AGR tour. Took a 12 yr break - reenlisted in Nov. 2004 & served w/the 961st Combat Engineer Unit in Milwaukee, WI. Was involuntarily reassigned to the 19th MMC in Arden Hills, MN where I was mobilized & deployed to Kuwait in support of OIF during 2005-2006. Medically discharged on 20October2006 -90% service connected disability. Was SO GLAD to find GRACE AFTER FIRE!!!!!Susan Merlo aka SGT Susie

I have been in the Navy Reserves for 10 years, and spent 10 months BOG in Afghanistan, from 2-12/08. I drill out of San Diego.
