 Become a Friend of Grace

Dear Friend,

Make a difference in the life of a woman veteran today by becoming a Friend of Grace. Grace After Fire is a nonprofit online community exclusively for women veterans. In this unique community women vets reach out to each other and provide the type of support only peers can. In anonymous posting, community members can discuss their concerns, share their strengths, and personal experiences with service related issues like re-entry, alcoholism, drug addiction, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST), depression, anger or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

Every email that is opened, every phone call that is answered, every woman that reaches out to another changes lives forever. Your tax-deductible donation will make this happen and ensure that this crucial online community remains open and free. It's not every day you can change a life forever.

And by becoming a Friend of Grace, at any level, we'll acknowledge you with an e-badge of your choice. This badge will appear as a special icon next to your username on the site. We know that every dollar is precious and that every dollar will make a difference.

In addition, you'll have access to a private board within the community to let us know what works and what doesn't about Grace After Fire, you'll get exclusive previews and get to weigh in on cool new features first!

To become a Friend of Grace, go to our donation page and designate any amount that fits your budget. Nothing is too big or too small.

Once a year, you'll get an email from us offering you the opportunity to continue changing lives of women vets as a Friend of Grace. No automatic billing, just a reminder of the opportunity to make change happen.

I hope you’ll take the time today, right now, to change the life of a woman veteran forever. Thank you so much for your support.

Poem from one of our Members:
At a time when things could be going much better, an Introduction to Grace came in an email letter. Check out this site a friend had stated to me. A community of women veterans, how can this be? When women hurt, women help! is the statement I'd read- a new forum for women is what she had said. A place to come together in support of your griefs- an environment for women vets to air their beliefs. Grace After Fire is the name of this site. Created by a woman in view of women's plight. You can post to a forum, there are several to choose. Or you can reply to a blog and offer your views. There's information from resources on the web you'll find- to answer some questions that have been on your mind. So, when you're down and you need someone to care. Come on over to Grace and begin to heal as you share.
